Milan, Italy— 25th February 2026 — Cleafy, a global cyber-fraud fusion technology provider, has signed a strategic partnership with DVA Bilişim ve Yazılım A.Ş., an Istanbul-based systems integrator specialising in financial crime technology.
Under the agreement, DVA will serve as Cleafy’s implementation and integration partner for Turkish banks and financial institutions. The partnership builds on active joint deployments at leading Turkish financial institutions and formalises DVA’s role in bringing Cleafy’s FxDR platform, a real-time cyber-fraud fusion system, to the Turkish market.
Mobile banking fraud has emerged as a priority for Turkish financial institutions, which report among the highest mobile banking adoption rates in the region. Fraud operations increasingly target authenticated sessions in mobile applications and web platforms, using account takeover, remote access malware, and real-time social engineering attacks that often rely on legitimate customer credentials.
To address these session-based attacks, Cleafy’s FxDR platform continuously analyses behavioural biometrics, device integrity, and session telemetry as interactions occur. In environments where social engineering and Authorised Push Payment scams unfold within authenticated sessions, understanding how users behave in real time has become critical. However, behavioural analysis alone is not sufficient. Advanced attacks combine manipulation, remote access tooling, and credential abuse, requiring correlated insight across behavioural patterns, device context, and threat intelligence within a unified architecture.
DVA will lead technical integration and deployment of FxDR for Turkish banks, drawing on its experience implementing fraud prevention, compliance, and digital risk solutions at major financial institutions across Türkiye and the wider region.
Matteo Bogana, CEO at Cleafy, said: “Behavioural biometrics has become central to discussions around mobile banking fraud because attacks increasingly unfold within authenticated sessions. The reality is that advanced social engineering and app-based fraud are multi-layered. Detecting them requires continuous behavioural analysis combined with device intelligence and broader threat telemetry. With DVA, we are enabling Turkish banks to connect these signals within a unified architecture that strengthens the controls they already have in place.”
Gökhan Gözütok, Managing Partner at DVA Bilişim, said: “Behavioural analysis of user activity during live banking sessions has become increasingly important for our clients. At the same time, advanced scams and app-based fraud attacks involve multiple layers of compromise. Cleafy’s FxDR platform allows us to integrate behavioural biometrics with device and session intelligence, strengthening existing fraud monitoring and AML systems rather than duplicating them.”
